About the event

The data center industry across the MENAT region is evolving quickly, driven by the rising need for high-performance, energy-efficient, and resilient digital infrastructure. Large investments, rapid digitalization, and supportive regulations are fueling unprecedented development across the region. At the same time, construction of data centers in MENAT presents major challenges, including complex permitting processes, inflationary pressure, geotechnical limits, workforce shortages, and supply chain constraints. These issues affect both new construction data centers and expansions of existing sites.

Constructing Next-Gen Data Centers MENAT, taking place on April 28–29, 2026, in Dubai, UAE, is a specialized conference created to address these challenges and showcase innovations that are reshaping the sector. This industry-leading Event will bring together developers, EPCs, engineers, architects, consultants, technology vendors, and regulators to discuss planning, design, engineering, and delivery of next-generation facilities.

A key theme of the conference is data center sustainability. Experts will explore strategies that help operators reduce environmental impact, optimize resources, and improve long-term resilience. Sessions on data center sustainability will examine sustainable materials, circular approaches, and regulatory expectations in the MENAT region.

Participants will also gain insight into the latest advancements in Liquid cooling and high-density cooling design. Liquid cooling solutions are becoming essential for high-performance environments, and the event will highlight the newest approaches supporting energy-efficient data center operations. Energy efficiency data center practices will be discussed throughout the program, helping attendees identify methods to lower consumption and improve performance.

Power innovation is another priority, including the emerging role of the SMR data center model. Multiple sessions will highlight how the SMR data center approach can support long-term regional capacity needs, provide stable power, and strengthen resilience. Modular data centers will also be a focal point, with discussions on scalable deployment, flexible capacity planning, and rapid implementation. Modular data centers are increasingly attractive for operators targeting speed, adaptability, and optimized investment.

Complementing the main program, a dedicated trade fair area will function as a hands-on technology show, offering attendees the chance to explore new tools, engineering solutions, cooling systems, and sustainable infrastructure technologies. The trade fair and show environment will support direct interaction with providers, helping participants evaluate practical solutions that enhance efficiency and construction outcomes.

Join us at this industry-defining event to build partnerships, share knowledge, and shape the future of data center development. Through collaboration and innovation, the conference will help redefine what is possible in the planning, design, engineering, and construction of the next generation of mission-critical MENAT facilities.
