Kybos is Mangini’s line of mobile partitions and false ceilings for controlled contamination environments such as gigafactory cleanrooms for the manufacturing of lithium-ion batteries. The partition structure is composed of modular self-supporting sandwich panels with a retractable system thickness of 45 and 62 mm. The panels and all the rounded connecting elements meet high standards of tightness, planarity, mechanical resistance to impact, resistance to chemical agents and reaction to fire, and low emission of fumes. The prefabricated partitions can be integrated with plasterboard or masonry walls and the assembly is carried out so as to ensure the continuity of the surfaces. The modularity and the possibility to differentiate the surface finishes of the panels allow the creation of partitions that adapt to the specificities of the environments.
