for using Innovatrix services

These Terms and Conditions together with any terms contained in the relevant completed registration form (the Registration Form), and any other terms and conditions set out at the time of purchase, together form the Agreement between Innovatrix International s.r.o., ID: 08410518, registered address in Czech Republic: Blanická 25, 120 00 Vinohrady – Praha 2, hereinafter referred to as “Innovatrix”, and the purchaser of a delegate ticket for Innovatrix event as detailed in the Registration Form (You), in respect of the Event for which You have purchased a ticket.

By completing and submitting the Registration Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms Payment must be made no later than 7 working days from the date of registration following the completed and signed registration form being submitted unless agreed otherwise. Payment must be received prior to the conference start date. Innovatrix reserves the right to refuse attendance at the conference. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or Stripe, but Innovatrix is not liable for any additional fees that may occur as a result of operating in a foreign currency. If you are attending in-person, you may be subject to VAT (the percentage varies depending on where the event is taking place) in addition to the price advertised. However, the VAT is reclaimable after the event. Your accountant may have more information about this.

Cancellation Terms

All bookings carry a cancellation liability, which is activated immediately after a signed registration form has been received. Should the client wish to cancel their registration, they will not receive a refund of any amount. The client will receive a voucher valid for up to one year from the original conference start date to be used at any other summit held by Innovatrix. This voucher cannot be refunded due to further cancellation.

Postponement Terms

Should Innovatrix be forced to postpone this event due to force majeure, the client will receive a 100% voucher valid for one year to be used at any other Innovatrix event within 12 months from the date of issuance of such a voucher. Innovatrix will send email reminders and update the website (www.innovatrix.eu) as a way to inform the clients of the new dates.

Substitution Terms
If the client is unable to attend the conference after he/she has registered for any reason, it is possible for them to send a substitution at no extra cost. Please send us the name, job title, and email address at least 2 days before the conference.
Registration Terms
Registration can be made online or offline via a hard registration form. In the case of online registration, the client will receive an email with payment method options and the invoice. Lunches, refreshments, and any detailed conference materials are included in the registration price. The client will receive instructions on how to join the conference, access to online conferences, and information including directions and necessary information concerning physical conferences.
Force Majeure / Permanent Cancellation

Every effort will be made to ensure an advertised conference will go ahead as planned but Innovatrix reserves the right to change or modify summit dates, times, sites, locations, and features, or merge conference or summit, without penalty, if it is deemed necessary. No refunds, partial or otherwise, or alternative offers, will be given.

Should the conference be permanently canceled due to any reason, including but not limited to force majeure, without any postponement, the client will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee within 30 days of cancellation.

Photos & Filming

For promotional purposes including social media, photos and video recordings will be taken during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers in writing prior to the event.

ComplaintsIf you have any complaints, please send us an email to info@innovatrix.eu with a description of the issue. We will contact you within 72 hours with the resolution.
Governing Law & DisputesThis agreement, and any dispute arising out of it, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic and all parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Czech Courts in Prague. However, Innovartrix is at liberty to waive this right and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country in which the client’s office is located.
Changes and amendmentsWe reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms relating to the Website and Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this Agreement on the Website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the Website and Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Copyright Terms

All intellectual property rights in all materials produced or distributed by ‘Innovatrix’ in connection with our conferences are expressly reserved. Any unauthorized duplication, publication, or distribution of these materials is prohibited.
