Dr. Ray Gallant currently holds the position of Vice-President of Sustainability and Productivity Services for Volvo Construction Equipment, part of the Volvo Group of companies. Ray is responsible developing and executing Region America’s sustainability strategy for new products and technologies.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry), a Bachelor of Science in Forest Engineering, a Master of Science in Management, and his Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.
Christopher Kolbe is a seasoned sales and marketing leader with extensive experience in the industrial technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at HYDAC Technology Corporation, he drives growth through innovative strategies, including global product development and marketing initiatives. Christopher has a strong track record of leading sales and marketing teams, delivering consistent growth, and managing product life cycles across multiple organizations such as Enerpac, HED, and Husco. With a technical background in electrical engineering and engineering management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, he combines engineering expertise with business acumen. Christopher holds certifications as a Fluid Power Specialist and is actively involved in industry organizations like the National Fluid Power Association and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers. His deep knowledge of hydraulic and electro-mechanical control systems, coupled with leadership in global markets, positions him as a trusted expert in advancing industrial technology solutions.
