Payment must be received prior to the conference start date. Innovatrix reserves the right to refuse attendance at the conference. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or Stripe, but Innovatrix is not liable for any additional fees that may occur as a result of operating in a foreign currency. If you are attending in-person, you may be subject to VAT (the percentage varies depending on where the event is taking place) in addition to the price advertised. However, the VAT is reclaimable after the event. Your accountant may have more information about this.

All bookings carry a cancellation liability, which is activated immediately after a signed registration form has been received. Should the client wish to cancel their registration, they will not receive a refund of any amount. The client will receive a voucher valid for up to one year from the original conference start date to be used at any other summit held by Innovatrix. This voucher cannot be refunded due to further cancellation.

Postponement Terms

Should Innovatrix be forced to postpone this event due to force majeure, the client will receive a 100% voucher valid for one year to be used at any other Innovatrix event within 12 months from the date of issuance of such a voucher. Innovatrix will send email reminders and update the website (www.innovatrix.eu) as a way to inform the clients of the new dates.
