Amanda Gilabert holds a Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Barcelona, a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Industry from CESIF, and an MBA from ESADE. With over 20 years in the pharmaceutical sector, she has built a strong leadership profile across Quality, Operations, and Global Process Excellence. Her experience includes Technical Direction, batch release, and driving Business Process Excellence initiatives, earning a Six Sigma Black Belt. She further strengthened her strategic impact by standardizing global operational processes in Ingelheim, Germany. As Project Leader for the new Respimat plant, she expanded her expertise in aseptic operations. Since 2018, she has led the Respimat plant in Sant Cugat, and since 2024 oversees production across both sites. She is currently completing Executive Coaching certification.
Francesco Boschi studied Biology at the University of Milan and obtained his post-doc Degree in Applied Biotechnology in 1997. He has a 25 years’ experience within different QA and QC positions in the area of industrial microbiology and sterility assurance (Pharmacia & Upjohn, Patheon, Eli Lilly, GSK).
His current position (since 2018) is within the Pfizer global Microbiology and Aseptic Team (MAS), providing support and resources in Microbiology, Aseptic Process, Non-Aseptic Manufacturing Processes, and related areas to the Pfizer Network. Francesco is Chairman of the Microbiology Interest Group within AFI (Italian pharmaceutical manufacturer association) and he is member of PDA, PDA Italy Chapter and ASTM Committee E55. Francesco has presented training seminars and lectures in national and international Events related to microbiology and aseptic manufacturing.
Srinivas Garimella is a seasoned Data Center Technology and Business Leader with over 20 years of experience. At Google, he leads teams developing systems to optimize data center performance, focusing on uptime, resiliency, and cost efficiency. His background includes leading design, development, manufacturing, and go-tomarket strategies for advanced VLSI products.
As Vice President of Data Center Strategy for the Americas, Sean helps clients operate more than 900 data centers sustainably and efficiently. Lately, he’s helping customers tackle the electrical and mechanical challenges of designing, building, and operating AI facilities and the technical challenges of deploying GPU servers. Prior roles include Director of Data Center Marketing at Kohler, Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Edge data center startup Ubiquity Critical Environments, and data center manager for Microsoft’s 120MW Chicago facility. Sean is a published author in the sustainability space, contributing to both Greener Data volumes 1 & 2. He also strives to embody sustainability personally; hunting, growing, or harvesting a majority of his food and burning deadfall to heat his home, earning him a county-leading Energy Star rating. He holds a Master’s degree in engineering from Northwestern University
Scott Charter has spent over 30 years in the IT industry, including business development roles with data service providers, as well as co-founding several IT start-ups that were acquired by larger firms. Scott spent a decade in data center infrastructure optimization and HVAC tuning. His current focus includes AI strategy and enablement sessions with Oracle sales teams and partners. Simplifying complex technical concepts into plain language is a large part of this role. Scott holds a JD from University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree from Old Dominion University. When not playing “data geek”, he can be found chasing his dogs through the Rocky Mountains.
Sudhi Sirigere is a highly accomplished engineering leader with over 26 years of expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, specializing in electrified and off-highway machines. He currently serves as Senior Principal Hydraulic & Pneumatic System Architect – Electric Machines at CNH Industrial, where he drives innovation in hydraulic system architecture, efficiency, and autonomous capabilities for next-generation electric and hybrid equipment.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led global engineering teams, pioneered multiple product innovations, and holds five patent-pending designs, including two for autonomous braking systems. His work has consistently advanced energy efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction across industries such as agriculture, construction, oil & gas, and material handling.
Sudhi holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, India. He is also a certified Hydraulic Specialist and an active contributor to industry conferences and publications on electrification and hybrid technologies.
Dr. Ray Gallant currently holds the position of Vice-President of Sustainability and Productivity Services for Volvo Construction Equipment, part of the Volvo Group of companies. Ray is responsible developing and executing Region America’s sustainability strategy for new products and technologies.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry), a Bachelor of Science in Forest Engineering, a Master of Science in Management, and his Doctor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business.
Christopher Kolbe, a seasoned sales and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience driving global growth and innovation in industrial and technology markets. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at HYDAC Technology, Chris leads business development and strategy, helping customers navigate the challenges of automation, electrification, and global competition.
Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership roles with Enerpac, HED, Husco, and Bosch Rexroth, where he consistently delivered double-digit growth and spearheaded product and market innovations.
