PrimX Sponsors 4th Constructing Next-Gen Data Centers MENAT

PrimX will be joining Innovatrix as Silver Sponsors of our upcoming event, the 4th Constructing Next-Gen Data Centers MENAT: Revolutionizing Planning, Design, and Engineering, taking place April 28-29, 2026, in Dubai, UAE.

The first jointless concrete floor with no saw cuts, PrīmX is a steel fiber-reinforced, zero-shrink concrete flooring system. PrīmX contains steel fibers and two types of proprietary admixtures combined with ready-mix concrete to create a composite material. PrīmX is the industry leader in jointless (no saw cuts) concrete industrial flooring, providing unmatched durability, flexibility, and sustainability.

Unique PrīmX technology makes it possible to control concrete drying shrinkage – the biggest drawback of the world’s most widely used construction material. The negative effects of concrete shrinkage lead to inefficient designs and material use, dramatically shortened service life of concrete structures, huge maintenance costs, and CO2 emissions.

PrīmX concrete is made with chemical compressive self-stress for stronger material, stiffer section, and improved hygral shrinkage control. Large dosages of the highest quality steel fiber reinforcement are used to restrain the chemical expansion of proprietary admixtures. Steel fibers accommodate flexural and shear reinforcing, and structures can be made completely without traditional rebars.

Result – much stronger, chemically tensioned, dimensionally stable material, ensuring several crucial design and performance benefits for concrete floors and other constructions, including higher load-bearing rating, reduced structure cross section, efficient jointless structures, watertight and gas-tight constructions, and more.

To guarantee predictable quality in PrīmX projects anywhere in the world, PrīmX is built as a technological system consisting of 4 building blocks enclosing key elements: improved materials, design – build capacity (independent structural and concrete engineering capacities and in-company concrete labs), proprietary, online quality control system – PrīmX Quality and specialized machinery.

With concrete responsible for about 8% of carbon dioxide emissions worldwide, PrīmX is well-placed to make a meaningful impact on the global stage. PrīmX – jointless, self-stressing, steel-fiber reinforced composite concrete is much stronger than traditional concrete. Thus, combining smart material choices and optimized production processes makes it possible to design structures that use less concrete and save up to 70% of CO2 emissions.

PrīmX concrete production starts with a project-specific binder (cement and supplementary cementitious materials) plus a selection of other concrete-related materials. It is followed by test-assisted optimization ensured by Primekss Labs. As soon as the mix design is specified and the trial mix is lab tested and approved, PrīmX concrete production takes place partly in a concrete batching plant and partly on-site. During the latter on-site stage, various additives and steel fiber reinforcement are integrated into the project-specified ready-mix concrete.

Therefore, mixing concrete is the first instance of PrīmX directly impacting the amount of CO2 emitted. However, in the case of PrīmX technology, a major reason for lower CO2 emissions is the use of less concrete and thus less cement, which in turn has an indirect impact on previous steps: fewer raw materials extracted and less cement manufactured.
