Fan Filter Units

Krown fan filter units are the most energy-efficient fan filters (fan filter modules) on the market today. Air Filters

The Vanguard high-efficiency filters are suitable for use in many products, including in all Keystone filtered devices, and are available in two grades (HEPA and ULPA) to meet the cleanliness requirements of each application. Supersuite

Supersuite is a customizable air distribution and lighting solution specifically engineered for hospital operating rooms. High-output LED lighting combined with precision equalized laminar airflow eliminates the traditional “light ring”, opening valuable ceiling space for surgical equipment while optimizing contaminant removal from the surgical zone. Conforming to all ASHRAE 170 requirements, Supersuite is the perfect combination of performance, aesthetics and efficiency.

Grilles & Diffusers

1. Aspire – The Aspire laminar flow diffuser series is engineered to provide a uniform, unidirectional, low-velocity air pattern. The column-like airflow displaces airborne particulate down and away from the area below the diffuser. Available in a variety of sizes and construction types, and with many standard and optional features, the Aspire is the most versatile laminar flow diffuser series on the market.
2. Arc – The patented construction of the Arc radial flow diffuser series is designed to handle large volumes of air with extremely short throws to minimize velocity in the occupied zone. Ideal for use in laboratories, the Arc provides large volumes of makeup air at a low velocity without adversely impacting containment at fume hoods.
3. Blade – The Blade louvered grilles, available in both supply and return construction options, control airflow with adjustable blades in supply units and fixed blades in return units. The Blade is easily integrated into most applications with minimal visibility through the unit. Well suited to cleanrooms and laboratories that require frequent cleaning with strong cleaning solutions, the Blade features a removable core with stainless steel quick-release fasteners for easy access and cleaning.

Frames & Housings

1. HEPA Bag In/Bag Out – HEPA Bag-in/Bag-out (BIBO) Housings keep hazardous airborne materials from exiting air filtration systems. Units are constructed out of heavy duty 304 Stainless Steel and the pressure boundaries are 100% seal welded for operational pressures up to +/-20” WG. Utilizes an 8-Mil PVC Bag in Bag Out system to keep personnel safe during filter change outs.
2. Gas Phase Carbon Filter – The Carbon Filter Housings strength and versatility make it ideal for multiple applications for the removal of particles and gas-phase contaminants. The multistage design allows for 2” or 4” pleated pre-filters and ¾” refillable carbon trays.
3. Crank Lock HEPA Seal – The Crank Lock HEPA Seal units utilize a crank lock design to provide a consistent compression over the entire HEPA filter gasket assuring a leak free seal. The multi-stage housing can hold HEPA Filters in 99.97% and 99.99% efficiency with either a gasket or fluid seal.
4. Side/Bottom Access Filter – Side or bottom access filter housings come in single or multiple stages of filtration. Housings are rated to =/- 6” WG and 0.5” leakage at 125% of standard rated flow.
5. V-Bank Filter – V-Bank filter housing allows for improved filtration in limited spaces, the design allows for close to double the filter face area compared to standard filter housings. This increases the life of the filter as well as reduces pressure drop, saving maintenance time and energy costs. 

Ceiling Systems

The Apex is a ceiling-suspension system that uses heavy-duty extruded aluminum to support diffusers, infill panels and light fixtures. The Apex is fully customizable to match the demanding and often crowded ceiling layouts of modern cleanrooms and ensures compliance with USP 797/800. A continuous gasket prevents contaminant migration between the ceiling plenum and occupied space, and the sterile white powder-coat finish is formulated to resist deterioration from cleanroom-grade cleaners and disinfectants.

UVGI

1. Defender – PURO AIR Defender disinfects the air flowing through the air ducts or final sections of the air handling unit by creating a UVGI barrier that inhibits the proliferation of pathogens settling inside the air conditioning unit.
2. Flighter Flex – PURO AIR Fighter Flex utilizes patented Aircraft Cable UV Lamp racking for quick and easy install of germicidal UV-C systems for use with fan coils, air handlings units, unit ventilators and compact AC units. 
3. Protect 222 – PURO Protect 222 uses patented, UL listed, CARE222 Far UV-C technology to successfully block UV wavelengths that can penetrate the living tissue in skin or beyond the tear layer of the eyes to create a safe, narrow band of 222 UV light emission allowing continuous disinfection of cleanroom and healthcare spaces.
4. PUROnet – The first control system of it’s kind specifically designed for user-friendly operation, the PURONet UV Disinfection Control Systems controls PURO Helo UV germicidal units, powered by Violet Defense technology, within a room providing safe operation and data collection on disinfection cycles.
5.
