OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19
We always look forward to welcoming our delegates, sponsors, and speakers to our bespoke business meetings at locations across Europe.
In light of the recent Covid-19 pandemic – we wish to assure our attendees that strict measures, in line with any current regulations and restrictions, are in place at all of our live summits in order to ensure the utmost safety of our visitors.
It is our goal to provide a platform for effective networking for our attendees and one that reaches the largest audience possible, so therefore we feel it is more beneficial for our clients to provide live in-person as well as virtual online attendance at our conferences. Additionally, we understand that companies have different travel policies and potential countrywide travel restrictions, so in order to prevent limitations on attendance, we will be holding all of our conferences in a hybrid format for the foreseeable future.
As the world moves closer to some level of normalcy, we feel it is important to bridge the gap that coronavirus has imposed on us. Our meetings may not be possible for everyone to attend in person, but with our hybrid conference format, we wish to tackle the isolation that has been forced on the business world and enable more people to be involved in our discussions. Furthermore, hybrid conferences provide the global benefit of allowing our friends, business professionals from Asia, the Middle East, and Africa to participate with online attendance.
We have partnered with the most reliable and immersive virtual event platform: www.hopin.com. Known as the first all-in-one live online events platform, Hopin focuses predominantly on networking tools, brand visibility, and engaging content.
We follow all official health and travel guidelines from the World Health Organisation as well as local government authorities. We advise all of our clients to do the same and we will provide information regarding any changing guidelines as they affect the implementation of our conference.
Innovatrix together with our hotel partners wishes to assure all of our attending delegates that all possible precautionary steps have been taken under the circumstances. Hand sanitisers and facemasks will be provided and all of the conference meeting area surfaces will be thoroughly and regularly disinfected.
We want our clients to feel totally confident when registering for our conferences and our team is on hand in advance of, and during, the meeting for any assistance or further information which may be required.
